On behalf of the organizing committee, we are pleased to announce that "The 14th APCTP Workshop on Multiferroics" will be held in Hongo-Asano campus, University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan on Oct.19th (Thu) - 21st (Sat), 2023.
The APCTP Workshop on Multiferroics focuses on recent research developments in the field of multiferroics and related materials.
The compatibility between ferroelectricity and magnetism, multiferroic domain engineering, electromagnon excitation and manipulation, and artificial multiferroic heterostructures, etc. are several hot topics in multiferroic research in recent few years.
Furthermore, the research has been extending to broader ranges of parity-odd quantum materials.
The workshop is structured to combine both experimental and theoretical studies and presents the latest results from scientists
mainly from scientists from member countries of Asia Pacific Center for Theoretical Physics (APCTP) and from other countries.
We look forward to seeing you at Tokyo in Oct. 2023.
Yours sincerely,
Tsuyoshi Kimura (Chair of the 14th APCTP Workshop on Multiferroics)
The following subjects related to multiferroic research will be discussed during the workshop:
